I started the Ketogenic diet about a month ago and so far I'm amazed at how much energy I have. The daily afternoon energy slumps have gone and I'm just not hungry, I have to remind myself to eat in the evenings. Have you had any experience with the keto diet?
In our children we are creating the society of the future. Children learn from watching and copying us adults so we need to lead by example and remember that our children are watching us and our behaviour. Remember the old saying "Children are a product of their parents" and when I look at mine I certainly think it's true. What do you think?
