MSM Integrative Health

In our children we are creating the society of the future. Children learn from watching and copying us adults so we need to lead by example and remember that our children are watching us and our behaviour. Remember the old saying "Children are a product of their parents" and when I look at mine I certainly think it's true. What do you think?

I love this video - feel the fear and do it anyway - I used this to overcome my fear of presenting many years ago and now I love presenting - I still feel the fear but I do it anyway. What fears have you overcome by feeling the fear and doing it anyway?
